Hello! This is me, on a walk with my big fat puppy 'Dyson'.

Sadly, he's no longer a puppy, he just acts like one. We used to have about ten dogs, mainly collies, the numbers were always changing, and Dyson's now the 'last dog standing'.

If you'd like to scroll down the page, I'll tell you all about myself and my adventures in art.

I'm a Wildlife & Animal Artist, based in the South West of Scotland. I'm a lifelong animal lover. I've always been captivated by their beauty and I try to channel that inspiration into every piece of art I create.

From the cats & hamsters of my childhood, via working at Bristol Zoo and at The Wetlands Trust, and even observing endangered Pink Robins in The Seychelles, animals have always been my muse.

I've honed my skills through years of technical training & artistic development. I've studied at Dundee University, at Bristol University & at Dumfries College of Art. I also have some letters after my name, something to do with degrees in Fine Art & Wildlife Painting.

I've undertaken portrait commissions for, amongst many others, a member of Roxy Music, the Director of a major organic food company & a winner at Crufts. I've also produced Wildlife Information boards for a National Trust Property & Wildlife brochures for my Local Council. I have shown & sold work at various Galleries, Exhibitions & shops.
